Class Newsletter Term 4, Week 4

Hi Everyone,
I hope it has been a great weekend for everyone.  What a game this morning with the ultimate triumph from the All Blacks game! 
I am looking forward to hearing about the Tornadoes Girls Cricket team with their first game on Saturday with Susie.
Here are a few things I would like to mention about what's happening for Room 3.

• All children are expected to complete their tasks by Friday the following week.  If your child completes the activity on the computer, they are still required to bring their homework book in.  There are still quite a few children who are not completing their homework and using the 'I forgot it' excuse each week.  It will come home every Friday.  
• There have been some really fun and engaging blog posts some of Room 3 have done at home, whether that be after school or in the weekend.  Our class blog can be used to share events, sports achievements or activities they have been doing at home.  This can either be done using pictures or writing about it.  If your child would like to add something to the blog, they can log in using the class account and save as 'draft' then let me know when I can check it over be publishing.  Email me for the class email account details.
• Forms that are due back are Bucklands Beach Yachting Trip permission slip plus the Rainbows End slip if you are wanting to come along as parent help.

Thursday

- Senior and Middle School Athletics Day. There is a $3 drink and ice-block combo order form that went home on Friday.  If your child would like this combo, the form will need to be returned by Tuesday.

Friday

- Bible
- Homework is due
