SENIOR TEAM - WELCOME!
TERM 4 2015
Welcome back to Term 4! This year has gone by so quickly with only one more term to go. Mrs Simpson has gone on leave and will be back in Week 7. Mrs Margie Joubert will be in Room 2 for the duration from Monday to Thursday and Mrs Alison Wood on Fridays. Mrs Joubert and Mrs Wood are familiar with the students and routines in the Senior School and will seamlessly fit in. The Team Leader for the Senior School in Term 4 will be Miss Lister.

Hats
All students are required to wear a hat this term. A friendly reminder to SLIP... SLOP... SLAP ... WRAP!
Stationery
Please ensure that your child has all his/her correct stationery for the term and that all items are clearly marked e.g. gluestick, pencils x2, blue, red and green pens, sharpener, ruler, rubber, colouring pencils and in particular, a whiteboard marker as this seems to be a common item that is missing. Could you also please check that your child’s pencil case is in working order, as often zips are easily broken and items of stationery are going missing from these.
BYOD
Devices will continue to be used to support your child’s learning at HPS. Remember - there is NO obligation to bring a device to school.
Sport
We will be practicing for the school Athletics in Week 4. The Senior School will be having practices every day. ALL children must wear their sports gear. After this event, your child will still need to have their sports gear in their bag every day as we will be doing Crackerjack Kids.
Library
The children are allowed up to 5 books at a time and can have them for a fortnight.
Our library times are as follows:
Rm 1 - Thursday
Rm 2 - Friday
Rm 3 - Monday
