In reading Kakapo group has been reading a story called Hone Tuwhare. He writes amazing poems that are very nice and makes people feel warm inside.
We got to read one of his poems called Rain. We had to write our favourite paragraph from the poem.
This is my favourite part:
The steady drum-roll
sound you make
when the wind drops.
As you can see the picture at the top says my favourite part and why.
